Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY


Free Delivery is standard islandwide for most items we sell. With the Free Delivery option we choose the most economical service available and deliveries are within 1-2 business days.


How to take advantage of our Free Delivery:

1.    Total order amount must total $10,000 JMD or more within Kingson & St. Andrew & $20,000 JMD or more elsewhere before tax and after all coupons and discounts are applied.
2.    All products are eligible for free delivery.
3.    Overweight charges may be applied per lb over 10 lbs @ $100 per lb.

Most of our orders will ship out within 48 hours if received during normal business hours.  Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Due to shipping carrier policies, we cannot guarantee or fulfill requests for weekend deliveries.  Shipping carriers do occasionally deliver orders sent with standard shipping on Saturdays, but cannot be guaranteed. There will be an additional charge for Saturday deliveries.


Shipping and processing times are business days only.  Monday - Friday and excludes all holidays.

RETURN POLICY


You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full credit of the product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for customers with high volume of returns or ordering errors. We ask kindly to review and confirm all items and quantities you have selected before submitting your order. Any product that is returned must be in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the item and a complete inspection, a credit will be applied to your account.

Expired goods must be returned 90 days (3 months) before the expiry date in order for credit to be applied in full.

You should expect a credit to be applied to your account within a week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive credit sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 2 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item. Or you can call us at 876-926-4897 Monday -Friday between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM to speak with a customer service representative. Please have your order number readily available.

Shipped orders that go unclaimed or are refused at time of delivery or are returned undeliverable will be subject to original shipping charges incurred and return charges.

All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange
