Buyer’s Guide


How do I place an order?

Ordering Online:

Simply use the navigation menus on the top left of PharmaPackNGo.com or search for specific items by typing a keyword in the search bar. When you select a product you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. The "Add to Cart" button can be found on any product detail page. After adding the product to your cart, if you would like to continue shopping, select the "Continue Shopping" button. When you have selected all items for purchase, choose the "View Cart & Check Out" button, to complete your order. An automated order confirmation will be emailed to confirm that your order has being placed.

Based on the way PharmaPackNGo.com processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you wish to change quantities or cancel an item on your order, please contact us by email or call us at 1-876-926-4897. Order cancellations must be received within 3 hours of submitting an order. Once your items have shipped, the order cannot be canceled. We may charge you a restocking fee of JMD $1000.00 and the shipping charges if your order is returned after been shipped.

Ordering By Phone:

Call us at 1-876-926-4897. If you know the items you'd like to order, please have the item description available, and we will be happy to assist you. Although you may be ordering by phone, in order to receive our quantity discounts you have to create an account and place your order onPharmaPackNGo.com yourself.


How do I make a payment?

All orders are subject to product inventory availability. A final invoice will be emailed to confirm your order is ready for payment. Payments should not be made until a final invoice has been received.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our following convenient payment options and continue to place your order:

  • -  Credit Cards
  • -  Non post-dated Cheque On Delivery – I have a Kurmarc Marketing Limited account
  • -  Use my Kurmarc Marketing Limited Credit Terms.                       


Please note we will not ship orders received from Non-Kurmarc Marketing Ltd account holders until payment has been received. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.

My order never arrived.

Sign into your account and click the "View Order Status" link under the “My Account” menu, to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your order tracking details, check with the shipper to confirm that your order was delivered. If your order shows a status of "Shipped", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my order.

Click the "View Order Status" link under the “My Account” menu, to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped.

If you still find that an item is missing, please contact us by email, or call us at 1-876-926-4897.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service or call us at 1-876-926-4897 within 72 hours of receiving the product.


Shipping and Returns

How long does shipping take?

All shipments are subject to product inventory availability. Shipping is within 1-2 business days and orders placed on a weekend or holiday may not ship until the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Order total must be over $5000 JMD. The shipping cost for orders below $5000 JMD is $500 JMD for Kingston & St. Andrew, $1000 JMD for St. Catherine and $1500 JMD for all other parishes. 

When will my order ship?

We want to ensure that our customers get their products in a timely and cost-effective fashion, which is why we ship orders within 24 hrs on orders placed before 5 PM.

Note: after placing your order, you may click the "View Order Status" under the “My Account” menu to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment email confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 12-24 hours of shipment.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or you can call us at 1-876-926-4897 between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM to speak with a customer representative. When calling, please have your order number readily accessible.

All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange.

When will my credit appear on my account?

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 2 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days).
